If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If an exchange or refund is required, please return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods can be returned via our Freepost facility but the parcel must be clearly marked ‘Freepost RAFATRAD’. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels when returning goods and reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way.
Once we receive a return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, an exchange will be organised or we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or via the PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Once we process your credit, the duration of the bank transfer will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt, for a full refund. This does not apply to goods personalized or made to your specification.
