Great card and speedy delivery

Lovely card First card arrived in a jiffy bag not a fo not bend card board envelope. Card had been bent through the postal service. Big crease down the card. Raised this as feedback, expressing disappointment. Received prompt reply. A replacement was sent. Received replacement card. Yep, in a jiffy bag! Had a slight bend, but was better than the first one. The lady who is dealt with proportioned blame on the postal, never mind the inappropriate packaging. Most disappointing. But as I said, lovely card
