Unfortunately, mine arrived in two parts. A swift blob of superglue solved the issue but was sad with the quality. The RAF Regiment version I got some years back seems to be higher quality.

Original tie pin came broken but after email was replaced no issues great item great customer service

The tie pin itself is great but the customer service is terrible. First time I received it the pin was broken and it was clearly sent that way. The bar was in a sealed bag and the crest was thrown in the bag.
I complained and they then sent me a replacement, on the order form it said veterans tie pin. But they sent the wrong one. They seriously need to up their game with customer service. Veterans get treated badly enough without the RAFA doing it as well.
