Loved this product and a great idea, built on a great tradition. No problems with the cost, packaging and delivery; even the relatively small size of the mug didn’t dampen my enthusiasm for it. (It actually takes 310ml of liquid). However, what did disappoint me a little, was seeing the decals completely stripped from the mug when I went to get it from the cupboard: I can only assume that it has been through the dishwasher at some point! Maybe I’ll get another!

A bit disappointed as I thought it would be bigger. Came in plain cardboard box with no information other than order form and like an idiot I put it in the dishwasher after I had used it. Virtually ended up with plain white mug! Phoned Rafa sales and asked that prospective customers be warned not to put the mug in a dishwasher.
